A pediatric nurse in San Diego is accused of sexually molesting a prematurely born 2-month-old foster child in his care, the FBI said.
Michael Lutts, 50, was arrested after hundreds of child-pornography images and videos were found at his home, according to authorities.
The graphic images, described in detail in a federal criminal complaint, show repeated acts of molestation over several weeks “with the baby crying throughout one video.”
The FBI was asking for the public’s assistance finding other possible victims.
